Terms & Conditions


Room rates listed on the website are final, including the room cost, breakfast and all taxes.
Romanza Hotel has the right to change the prices listed on the website http://www.romanzahotel.com any time without notice.


For room reservations through the website or telephone line a minimum deposit equal to 30% of the total reservation cost is required, which can be paid by VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or through our bank account.
In case of credit card payment, the client shall receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.
For each reservation, there will be an associated computerized reservation (voucher) which will be sent to the client, which in turn should deliver it to the hotel upon arrival for the services offered.

Cancellations & Changes
Extension of stay
If the client wishes to extend his stay before arriving at the hotel, they must contact the relevant department of the hotel to check availability. If the client wishes during his stay at the hotel to extend his stay,  the hotel can not guarantee the prolongation of his stay in the same room or even in the same hotel.

By law, all customers are required to leave their rooms no later than 12 noon on the day of departure. There is a possibility of extending the stay until 6pm when the room is available on payment of half the cost of one night.

To change the days of his stay, the customer must contact the relevant department of the hotel.
In case the client, after his arrival at the hotel wishes to shorten the duration of the stay will incur 50% of the total indebtedness of days canceled.

If the client wishes to cancel his reservation, he must contact the relevant department of the hotel.

The client reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time, with the following sanctions:

Cancellation fee:
• In non-appearance of the client at the hotel the day of arrival or cancellation of reservation less than 7 days before the arrival date is withholding the deposit.
• Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival – the hotel shall refund half the amount of the deposit and will charge the costs of banking.
• Cancellation of the booking more than 30 days prior to arrival – full refund of the deposit to charge the costs of banking.
The refund of part of the company to the customer made either by credit card or via bank deposit (the cost of the bank is always paid by the client).
